1. Automatically reject low-quality Facebook OE submissions
The system will conduct preliminary checks based on Meta policies and automatically reject any submitted content that does not meet certain requirements.

Facebook OE application status: Advertisers can view their Facebook OE application status. When the system rejects content submitted by Facebook OE, it will trigger an automatic message and provide corresponding reasons and suggestions.

👉 Partial examples of reasons for automatically rejecting low-quality OE account opening applications:

1）Your Business is not allowed to request a new ad account because too many of your ad accounts were previously disabled.（ Your company has been banned from applying for new advertising accounts due to having too many previously deactivated accounts. ）

2）This User is not allowed to create new ad accounts due to policy violating behavior. （ Due to policy violations, this user has been prohibited from creating new advertising accounts. ）

3）Your Business is not allowed to request a new ad account because your apphas previously violated our policies.（ Due to your application’s previous violation of our policies, your company has been prohibited from applying for a new advertising account. ）

4）You have at least one promotable Page/App in your request that is not published. Please ensure all of your promotable Pages/Apps are published before requesting any additional ad accounts.（ Your application contains at least one unpublished, promotable public homepage/application. Before applying for other advertising accounts, please ensure that all public pages/applications that can be promoted have been published. ）

👉 What should I do when my application is automatically rejected?

1) Firstly, please ask the customer to verify the relevant information and assets submitted for the application on their own, such as BM/ID/homepage, etc. If the assets are blocked/restricted, please file an asset appeal first, or replace the corresponding assets and resubmit

2) If all assets are normal but still automatically rejected, you can contact CC for assistance in checking

2. Automatically verify the validity of advertiser’s official website links
Please ensure that the provided website address is valid. If it is invalid, the OE application cannot be successfully submitted, such as on 404 or Deadlink websites.

3. Improve the resolution requirements for uploaded business license images
Business license image requirements:

1) Upload valid business license in Chinese Mainland

2) Resolution of at least 1200X 840

3) The accepted formats include:. gif,. JPEG,. JPG,. gif

4) Only for uploading a single business license file

4. Add upload column for advertisers to upload supplementary commercial documents
Upload supplementary documents: Add a column for advertisers to upload any supplementary commercial documents that are helpful for advertising account application approval.

2、 New Facebook OE User Guide

👉 Open the OE link, enter your phone number (unchanged from the original process), and fill in your Facebook account personal information

👉 For users who have already submitted an application, the system will record their last submission information. They can freely choose from the “Use Last Company Information” or “Create New Company Homepage” drop-down menu, and select the corresponding industry based on the actual links and business types promoted on Facebook

Notes:

1) The business license must use a new version of the license containing the “Unified Social Credit Code”, and registration numbers are no longer accepted. It is necessary to ensure the authenticity of the license and that it is in existence/business status. If the business is abnormal, information cannot be found, it has been revoked or cancelled, or there are dishonest and executed persons, such abnormal status cannot be used to open an account.

2) Upload real photos of the business license as much as possible, ensuring that the uploaded license is clear and complete

3) Before uploading the license, you can check whether the business license status is normal on the National Enterprise Information Network

4) For e-commerce account opening, the official seal should be stamped in the blank space of the license as much as possible, without covering the text and QR code

👉 Enter enterprise information

Accurately fill in the 18 digit social credit code on the business license, which should be exactly the same as the uploaded business license. Pay attention to distinguishing between uppercase and lowercase letters. All letters in the social credit code should be capitalized. If filled in incorrectly, an error will occur and the application cannot be submitted. It is recommended to copy it directly on the enterprise website
Accurately fill in the company name on the business license, which should be completely consistent with the uploaded business license. If there are symbols, please pay attention and switch the input method to Chinese before entering the symbols
If there is an English name, please fill in the English name. If there is no English name, please fill in the full pinyin name of the company
Please fill in the company email accurately so that you can receive media notification emails in a timely manner
Accurately fill in the address on the business license, which should be exactly the same as the uploaded business license. Do not abbreviate or abbreviate. If the address contains symbols, be careful and switch the input method to Chinese before entering the symbols
Accurately fill in the company’s official website link. If there is no official website link, you can fill in the promotion link. Facebook homepage cannot be filled in. The link filled in here must be secure and can be opened normally
👉 Upload supplementary documents:

3) A maximum of 5 accounts can be submitted for one application. Click on “Add More Advertising Accounts” to complete the process

4) Fill in the promotion link. If you need to add multiple websites, you can click “Add More Websites” below. The promotion link cannot be a Facebook homepage, and you need to ensure that the link is secure and can be opened – OE will verify the website

5) If you have previously submitted an account opening, you can choose to use the existing homepage or create a new homepage here. If you need to add multiple pages, you can click “Add More Public Pages” below. It is recommended to enrich the content of the homepage and match it with the promotion link

6) Non mandatory field. For APP account opening on the Facebook platform where the promotion link is the download link for the application store (Googleplay&Apple), it is necessary to fill in the application number (i.e. the media developer backend APP ID). If not filled in, the account cannot be successfully closed.

7) If you are submitting an account opening for the second generation, please select ‘Yes’ here and fill in the complete company name (Beijing Weirui Interactive) corresponding to the BM verified by the distributor below. For other customers, please select’ No ‘. After filling in all account information, click here to enter the information verification page

Please carefully check whether the company information and account information previously filled in are correct in this step. If there are any problems, you can return or click “Edit” to make modifications.
